Mitchell Davidson

My earliest and most vivid memories of pet companionship trace back to the vibrant energy of the Colorado State Fair, where I first competed with my 4-H group. Surrounded by a community passionate about their dogs, I was struck by the sheer dedication and love that each participant poured into their training. It was a pivotal moment that deepened my love for animals and solidified my resolve to dedicate my life to nurturing the human-pet bond.

Throughout my journey, my dedication to understanding and enhancing the bond between humans and their pets has been recognized through numerous accolades. In the competitive realm of 4-H at the county level, I was honored with several First Place and Grand Champion ribbons across showmanship, Rally, and Obedience categories. Notably, in 2009, my dog DJ and I were awarded the prestigious 'Overall Grand Champion Rally Excellent' title, followed by the 'Grand Champion High Point Intermediate Showmanship' award with my dog Rainy in 2010. My commitment to excellence extended to AKC shows, where DJ and I achieved the REA title, the highest distinction in AKC Rally at the time, and I was named Best Junior Handler on four separate occasions. Our partnership also led us to an Obedience Novice Title, showcasing our synchronized understanding and teamwork. Beyond competitions, I embraced the opportunity to travel with professional handlers during summers, immersing myself in the world of dog training, grooming, and showing across a diverse array of breeds. This hands-on experience was invaluable, further broadened by DJ's agility title, underscoring our versatile engagement with the world of dog sports.

Life's journey took me through college and across the globe, temporarily distancing me from hands-on work with dogs. Yet, the passion never waned; it merely awaited the right moment to reignite. Settling into a new city with my family and welcoming a dog back into our home life brought back the joy and fulfillment that comes with pet ownership. It was this renewed passion that led to the creation of Paddy Whack Pet Care. I saw a need for a service that could support pet owners in various circumstances, whether due to busy schedules or a lack of knowledge about integrating pets into their families.

Paddy Whack is more than just a business; it's a dream to foster a community where pets are cherished family members, each with their unique place and needs. My vision for Paddy Whack is to see it grow into a beacon for pet lovers in our community—a name synonymous with trust, care, and a deep understanding of the intricate relationships between pets and their families.
